A new tenure has been developed for a new market – everyone has a choice of a secure, quality rented home; those who can’t afford to get on the property ladder but still want a well maintained home that they feel secure in and those who could afford to buy but choose a lifestyle that is flexible and fluid with quality, security and maintenance free.

The inspiration for Love to Rent came from a realisation that there wasn’t a place to market these new quality rented homes. The traditional property portals don’t differentiate between buy to let and other private rented homes, and purposely designed and built homes for rent.

We wanted to develop a portal so customers could become aware of an additional choice available to them and tell them about the quality of product, engaging customer services and security benefits that they offer, this site will change that.

Love to Rent is a platform that also provides advice and support for your move and continues to engage with customers through our ‘live’ section after you have moved into your new home that encourages neighbourhoods to thrive.
