Through collaborative projects and events, Love to Rent has positioned itself as a trusted voice within the sector, helping bridge the gap between what renters are looking for and what Build to Rent communities can offer.
Celebrating Excellence at the Build to Rent Awards
This year’s Build to Rent Awards, created by Love to Rent, once again celebrated excellence across the sector. Returning for its second year, the awards had more than double the number of entries across all categories compared to last year's inaugural event.
What could the future hold
As we wave goodbye to 2024, there are several key trends emerging for the future. Government initiatives and policies are encouraging Build to Rent growth, making it an appealing long-term strategy for investors. There’s also a strong focus on Single Family Housing (SFH), which has become a key part of the UK residential investment market.
As the Build to Rent sector continues to evolve, Love to Rent will be there every step of the way, educating people about the benefits of this lifestyle and ensuring the process is seamless and transparent. For developers, operators, investors and landlords we remain committed to providing valuable insights and support, enabling them to create better, more innovative communities that meet the needs of modern renters.
