"Very impressed with the design of each building and the amenities each one has to offer. The facilities are generally kept clean (e.g., Pool, Gym, Study Area, etc.) and the concierge staff are always available and ready to help with any matter at hand.
Extreme convenience of local transport links with access to local amenities including coffee shops, grocery stores and an outlet mall. The neighbourhood is well kept and cleaned frequently by staff. While major events are held at the O2, local vendors are great at ensuring minimal disruption to local residents. Great to know in advance how nice the community is. Very quiet and safe."

"The Upper Riverside development has everything you need in one place. It bears two well-equipped and well-staffed gym areas, inclusive of a pool and steam room. This is great for a daily detox. I’ve also really enjoyed the amenities such as the multimedia room where I’ve been able to enjoy nights in with friends and family. The buildings are well managed with 24-hour concierge assistance and the life-saving Hub service.
Greenwich Peninsula is the perfect location. You have a real sense of a community, a food and shopping outlet on your doorstep and some of London’s best landmarks just a short walk away."

"The building design is very modern and well made. Everything has been considered and executed accordingly. The gym is a fantastic facility, having a gym in our building is also really handy if you’re in a rush. The pool and main gym is luxurious and feels like you are in a high end hotel! Management is very professional and friendly, and we always feel welcome into the building. The O2 is incredible, having such a large range of shops only a few meters away is amazing. The convenience of the North Greenwich station is extremely helpful for travel."
