Our residents’ lounge is a cool, chilled setting – and a great social space for residents too. You can drop in whenever you like; catching up with friends and neighbours, watching the big sports events or curl up with your fave film. Our residents’ lounge can be what you want it to be, with wifi internet and large screen telly.
It’s also where we hold special resident events; bringing the Astley community together for good times. Want somewhere for your own private function, event or party? Book the lounge – subject to availability, of course!
ROOFTOP TERRACE
Far and wide across the Manchester skyline; it’s the view awaiting you from our fantastic rooftop terrace. This rooftop terrace shines in summer or in winter the cosy covered snug and Pergola, meanwhile, mean you can enjoy this space no matter the weather.
From Old Trafford in one direction, sweeping across Salford Quays into historic Castlefield, Spinningfields and the Green Quarter; Ancoats, Piccadilly, the Etihad Stadium and north to Sand Hills in the other; make no mistake, our rooftop terrace is an incredible vantage point and yours to use as you please.

There is one cool thing about our apartments in Manchester city centre that isn’t onsite – and that’s our proximity from the top of Port Street to transport hubs, leisure destinations and the best independent bars, eateries, bakeries and retailers in the city. You won’t have to venture too far for the best pizza in town either – it’s in Ancoats, if you’re wondering…
